I've been to numerous dealerships where you feel pressured or the salesman bashes other dealerships and vehicles in order to try to get the sale. So it was refreshing that Graham made us feel at ease with his great personality and simply layed out the facts for us on the vehicle we were looking at. He was honest with his opinions, gave us a great selection of vehicles according to our needs, and helped us make an informed decision in the end. I like to do my homework before heading to a dealership to make sure I can tell if a salesman knows what they are talking about, immediately you recognize when dealing with Graham that he knows his stuff. Best Customer Service in Calgary! I started car shopping around 2 weeks before I finally went into Maclin Ford. This was the best decision I had made. Many car dealers I had gone to I started car shopping around 2 weeks before I finally went into Maclin Ford. This was the best decision I had made. Many car dealers I had gone to previously would approach me with "hi how can I help how much do you want to spend". Bill Proulx at Maclin Ford took a different approach a personal approach one that really made me feel comfortable and not under pressure to meet someone else's agenda. He introduced himself, asked for our names, and quickly built rapport. He took the time to understand what I was looking for what I needed in a vehicle what was important to me, what I intended to use the vehicle for and validated why the Ford focus was good for me. Through out all this he didn't even talk how much I was willing to spend, through our seamless conversation we finally discussed my budget and he found me EXACTLY what I wanted with the trade in of my previous car we finished under my budget. After the sale was all done and I went home for the day I felt relief and confident in my decision.. The day I was to pick up my car I got a text from Bill of a picture of my new car captioned " your new car is all sparkly clean and ready for you!" truly this made my experience even better.. Bill is an amazing person I would 100% recommend him to anyone I meet as I am confident that he will meet and exceed their expectations every time. More

Love my vehicle and the whole experience! I cannot put into words how much I loathe car shopping, as such, the prospect of having to find a new vehicle was nerve-racking to say the least. Thankfully there was Al and the team at Maclin Ford! Al was great; he was patient and happy to walk me through the process. I test drove other brands elsewhere, but for me, the Escape was the best bang for the buck and - more importantly - I felt like I was in good hands. From Paul and Chris who also helped me in Al's absence, to Kris who patiently explained the payment, and the guys (sorry, didn't catch names) who helped change over my plate - it's easy to see this is a good team. Al worked to get me a price I was happy with and a vehicle I LOVE! More

They listened to what I was looking for or not looking for and in the end, after lots of questions, we found the perfect Escape.
