It was interesting to see it had been in a minor accident and had been a rental at one time. It may have affected our decision. The file had apparently gone astray that day but was available the following day when we came to finalize everything. The vehicle was missing the owners manual, Chris found us one for a previous year vehicle and promised to get us a proper yrs one, but we are still waiting. Other then that we are very satisfied with his service. We had some minor issues that needed taking care off and the service department did an excellent job there. More

Again, no pressure and we are satisfied with the decisions. We love our new truck and are very pleased that we chose to do business with Maclin Ford. Given our Maclin experience during the purchase transaction I fully expect the Parts and Service departments to meet and exceed our future requirements. More
