WORST dealership. ... I made a deal and pay deposit...for financing they checked my credit and it was approved. After that guy name paul told me there is warranty work ... After that guy name paul told me there is warranty work pending on car and it will take 2 weeks to get it fixed which was not even mentioned before getting my deposit and credit check. I preferred to wait because they put hit on my credit. They did the worst thing i have ever seen in my life.... they put the same car online for $3000 more. I made a call and talk to the guy about it and he said don't worry its your and you are at first priority untill you don't wanna buy it... iafter 2 weeks finance manager just call me and told me that car has been already sold... i waited for 2 weeks and hit on my credit and 1000 deposit is nothing for them.. I don't recommend anyone to buy car from this dealership. Don't waste your time here these guys are not there for good business.. More

Big hassle with no compensation. -When we were asked to come pick up our truck at 5, we waited 30min (60 total), argued with finance about our down payment because they said we coul -When we were asked to come pick up our truck at 5, we waited 30min (60 total), argued with finance about our down payment because they said we could put down as much as we want, but then wouldn't let us, wouldn't put both spouses names on the truck, and the truck wasn't ready. Had to wait for manager. -Came back later in the week when they told us to but they had lost a key and couldn't find the inspection/service record. Had to wait around for manager. (We paid cash to avoid dealing with finance and they still wouldn't put both names on the truck) -Hassle transferring plates because registration was in both names but truck wasn't. Because it took so long to receive the truck it went right up to the 14 days. -Called 10 days later to pick up the key, had to wait for manager to say they still couldn't find it. -Gave them 3 more days to find the key but they couldn't find it and asked us to come in to get a replacement. -When asked about compensation they said we're lucky they're giving us a key because there was probably only one, even though we saw both keys. Super annoying and a waste of hours and hours of our time. Avoid this place if you can. More

Horrible and highly unprofessional experience. After test driving a truck, the sales manager said he would work with us on making a deal. When leaving to draw up the paperwork, he apparently gets a phone call from the owner of Maclin Ford telling him the deal of discounting $279 he promised to us is not approved and the sale of the vehicle can not go through. My husband and I walked away on principle. Maclin Ford for should be ashamed of their conduct and poor customer service. I will never be returning to this location, and I will be spreading the word as much as possible to avoid Maclin Ford. Please also note that we were never given the opportunity to speak directly with senior management. More

This dealership is wonderful while you are still buying your vehicle. In fact our salesman went above and beyond for us. But and this one is big, when there is a problem they are difficult to deal. We had a major safety issue with our 3 month old vehicle with 4,400 km having an exploding sunroof that shattered into large jagged shards that rained down into the vehicle. The dealer was evasive at every level and would accept no responsibility and offered no help or support. We no longer feel safe in our vehicle. More

Once the company has accessed your money, the emails stop and the customer care ends. Disclosure when selling a vehicle that is used is a must.. In the 45 years I have being buying cars and trucks this is one of the very few that are very professional and friendly our purchase wasn’t as big as some but they treated us as if we had bought 200,000 dol is one of the very few that are very professional and friendly our purchase wasn’t as big as some but they treated us as if we had bought 200,000 dollar vehicle Stephen our salesman was great but dave the manager was awesome in being able to pull this deal together Thank you so much to the ford team.
