This in my experience is very disappointing. very disorganized dealership, while I waited for a month for my new truck which was expected. the accessories I requested were not all there on the day of disorganized dealership, while I waited for a month for my new truck which was expected. the accessories I requested were not all there on the day of purchase the side steps would not have been installed or available if I hadn’t taken the time to track them down at action truck parts. and the cost of install is ridiculous. the tires I requested were not ordered in time so therefore I now have to purchase on my own and have them installed. I drove 2 hours to buy this truck and they couldn’t get it right even knowing a month ahead of time. Very disappointed. Even the sales manager had no solution to the disappointment and had the nerve to ask me for a solution. in my opinion and experience it’s his job to come up with solutions not just sit there with a dumbfounded look on his face admitting that they dropped the ball on this one. Maybe they should focus a bit more on what the customer is asking for instead of just worrying about shoving people out the door. If I treated customers like this in my profession I would be unemployed. I have been working in management for many years and this is a poor excuse for a company that says they take customer satisfaction seriously. More
