I purchased a 2011 GMC truck from them. It was an as is sale with no inspection. Due to Covid I could not go look at the vehicle as they are in another province. With this it made it hard to know what was sale with no inspection. Due to Covid I could not go look at the vehicle as they are in another province. With this it made it hard to know what was wrong with the truck as I asked several times if they were any holes or rust or issues with the vehicle. They were reluctant to tell me but that I should spend out of my pocket a mechanic to come to their shop and look at the truck first before buying it. They would not get their mechanic to tell me what was wrong with it no matter what. I was buying the truck purposely for my small landscaping fences to haul my equipment. Upon delivery of the truck they sent it down on a tow truck without the paperwork so I could not sign to properly on it. The trailer hitch was nearly rusted right off and there were other small issues that were very obvious to the eye but they were reluctant to tell me about them. So they left the truck and I sent the check back with them however they tried to FedEx courier the paperwork down to me that Monday but I did not receive it a week later we heard back from Fed acts as it was returned to the dealership with address unfound. They sent it to the wrong address so they try to resend it and again it was failed to show up at my house I had to go to the Fed ex Drop off almost an hour away To get them to track the package for me. In this 2 1/2 weeks waiting for the paperwork I ended up losing two jobs with my business as I could not legally drive the truck. It was very frustrating as the contacts from the dealership were apologetic but we’re not in any rush to try and help or fix this problem. I was very disappointed and how this deal went right from them not telling me the obvious things wrong with the truck and then dragging their feet on the paperwork. They did in the end slightly help compensate me for the rusted trailer hitch but not for The long wait for the paperwork for me losing jobs due to that. More
