Not very impressed with the warranty that GM offers. My son had a piston go through the engine block and they won't cover it. It went as I was going through a puddle about 6 inches ( I drive a 2021 GMC Sie son had a piston go through the engine block and they won't cover it. It went as I was going through a puddle about 6 inches ( I drive a 2021 GMC Sierra 4x4). Now because there was water in the intake they won't cover it. They basically told me it was my problem and didn't even try to help with suggestions. I also have a 2020 Sierra 4x4 and now will not drive it in the pouring rain as I am scared water will get in the intake and my warranty not cover it. More

Made a VERY CLEAR offer of a price "all in" except for taxes. Verbally and confirmed by text so there would be no miscommunication. They took my deposit and then added a $ 299 admin fee and $ 200 license taxes. Verbally and confirmed by text so there would be no miscommunication. I hate to say it as I expected better but "sleazy used car sales" come to mind. I don't recommend. More

Got charged $50 just to let me know a ball joint was bad. They switched seasonal tires so it didn't need to go on wheel alignment rack to tell them that, just a quick pull on the wheel could tell anyone bad.
