Buyer beware. Service department is not capable of advanced diagnostics. Had my truck in on 2 separate occasions. Both times truck was not fixed and they didn't kn Service department is not capable of advanced diagnostics. Had my truck in on 2 separate occasions. Both times truck was not fixed and they didn't know what was wrong. I was basically told they will replace parts untill they find problem. That gets expensive quickly. Called service manager and was told shop foreman would contact me. This never happened. And my original receipt from first visit was removed from my truck. I have extended warranty that cant be used because they don't know how to diagnose. This has been a terrible experience. More

The only thing I heard from the dealership was they speak to the detaining manager . Nothing else like bring the vehicle back in and we redo the detaining . Or nothing on if the spoke to the dealing manager . CUSTOMER SERVICE . Really thinking on going else where for my next purchase . I bought 2vehicles from you and sister bought and sent in 2 friends in to buy vehicles . More

Purchased a 2024 Terrain Denali there in April, it has the most uncomfortable driver and passenger seats. I have had it in several times, and am now told I just have to live with it, this last time, they the most uncomfortable driver and passenger seats. I have had it in several times, and am now told I just have to live with it, this last time, they didn't even put the seat back together properly. So basically you get good service, if you don't complain, but if you do ......... not so great. Looking for other options. Been a long time MacDonalds customer. :-( More
