Interesting place! Was just looking. They tried to sell me a Jeep I liked and said they will trade in my current car and refinance everything and my payment would go up Was just looking. They tried to sell me a Jeep I liked and said they will trade in my current car and refinance everything and my payment would go up by $62 a month and I agreed to the deal. I went for a test drive, put a deposit in. The next day fiance guy calls and tells me that the bank wants $10,000 down for a $21,000 used vehicle. Plus, I was ready to trade my car that is under in a loan currently and get the refinance. As per him no bank will refinance me and I should consider buying a mini van coz they will "make it happen". I politely refused, and went to get my deposit back. Interestingly, the front desk staff seemed to have forgotten basic courtsey and greeting customers . The fiance manager greets me with a sarcastic statement " Oh! You here to give us more of your money?" Followed by a chuckle, which to me seemed odd and really inappropriate. All in all, my family, friends and myself might not count this dealership in our list of places when shopping for a new vehicle. More

(i.e Challenger/ Charger) No compassion or care for their customers, after spending $200K on a brand new unit, they don't follow up or tell you what all has to be done with a unit or what can go wrong with a unit ahead of time. If it wasn't for another Dodge dealership; I would have been left out in the cold. Thank you Londerry Dodge for making it clear that I will never buy another vehicle from you again, and definitely never refer people to Londerry either! More

Bought two and I'll be back I've bought two trucks from this dealer, while my first experiance in early 2014 was somewhat less than great(had a new salesman who knew nothing abou I've bought two trucks from this dealer, while my first experiance in early 2014 was somewhat less than great(had a new salesman who knew nothing about the truck I bought and the engine light was on, not great when your going to do a 2500km trip!) but they flew me and my brother down from our hometown in the north, and covered the cab fare from the airport. It took forever to get everything signed and finally leave. We were there for hours. But I got a great price on the truck I bought. The second vehicle I purchased this year was a great experiance, had a very knowledgeable salesman and they gave a GREAT value on my trade in and an excellent price on the truck. I'll be back and would recommend this dealer to a friend. However, having never had to deal with service I can't speak to that aspect of the business. More
