I called over a week ago, about the trim coming off the door ( a known issue and also an up coming recall) when I dropped the car off, I asked specifically would they be replacing "all" of the trim, the associate agreed that is should. When I pick my vehicle up I am informed the trim piece has been ordered and I will have to come back at a later date, as well they are only replacing the one piece of trim, not all! Now, because I work out of town, I will have to take another day off work, as well as when the other pieces of trim fall off. More

Good Morning, I had my car in for oil change Richard got a Text some issues on the vehicle. I have a ford f 150 with 190 kms no tuneup never been told this ever many services in my lifetime. I was also upset last oil change environment charges $ 4.95 this time $ 11.99 ? Total $ 126,00 , oil change on my truck $ 115.00 environmental charge $ 1.00 so I have lost confidence in your dealer services. Thanks Richard More
