Extremely unhappy with the Service I have been taking my Honda CRV to this dealership for a couple of years and had good service in the past. However, twice now they have not delivered on the service. I made an appointment almost two weeks ago to get my car serviced for a number of issues including changing a gasket that is under warranty but when I went there I was told that someone made a mistake and did not properly record all the required services. So they don’t have time to do the required warranty work and they don’t even have the part anymore. It is so upsetting since this is the second time I booked an appointment for the service but they failed to deliver. The last time I had waited two hours despite booking an appointment and my car was not even touched. Perry Aiden did address my discontent the first time but continuing to have issues, i will be definitely looking at servicing my vehicle somewhere else and will no longer consider buying a car from that dealership More
Don’t like this dealership, Don’t go to this dealership because when they’re sale to you then after that they don’t care about you. Dave was very personable, enthusiastic about the Honda product, and accommodating. He knew all the details of the vehicles and was very patient in explaining how, in our case, the latest CRV functioned. We appreciated his honesty and forthrightness and that he was not aggressive and trying to push a sale on us. We wound up after a while purchasing the above-titled vehicle. We are so pleased with it. Incidentally, I returned to the dealership after the purchase of the vehicle a second time just for a refresher on the workings of the electronic system as I'm unaccustomed to it. Dave again assisted me on this and kindly answered all my queries. I would like to say thank you to Dave for all his help and to Honda for their excellent product. If any of my friends are searching to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely suggest London Honda. More

The true level of a company’s dedication to service usually only shows through when they face an adverse situation, and in this case they went above and beyond. Not only did they make sure they updated me every step along the way but they also made sure I had a vehicle available to use whenever I needed it. I have had my cars serviced here for years but this was truly a shining moment for London Honda’s Service Department and for Aiden and Perry. Thank You !! More
They dont care customers I purchased Odyssey Honda 2017 from here, it comes with broken bumper, and the dealership was aware of it. They set a schedule for me, then they said it takes 2~3 days to complete replace the bumper, because they need to paint and install the bumper, the bumper is not come from manufacturer. anyway, today its been 3 days, and they called me and said its not done yet, need more time until Monday. Also, dealer who sold me a car never answer my questions and requests on time, I ordered illumination and roof rack as an option, he forgot to added it, so it comes without them. I mentioned it like 10 times to ensure he adds it on my car. More

If you need something, it is impossible to get in touch with them. They are so disorganized. They had set up a service appointment for me, I didn't take my car in, and then i got an email saying there was something wrong with my car and that it needed further servicing. Scammers. Don't let them scam you out of your hard-earned money. More

Even after 3 trips to the dealer speaking with a salesman they quoted me a higher price than I could price out on Honda Canada's website. I decided to go elsewhere and price. I sent the salesman that I was dealing with another email after pricing elsewhere and asked for a competitive quote or I was going to buy elsewhere, never got a response. Purchased the car from another dealer for $1850 less than London Honda quoted me. More
Aggressive Dealership I will start by saying that the sales woman I was working with was very attentive and seemingly sincere. She lacked some knowledge of the product and I will start by saying that the sales woman I was working with was very attentive and seemingly sincere. She lacked some knowledge of the product and came on a bit strong with her religious views, but I would've looked past this given how much effort she was willing to put out there for us. She even offered to come in on her off day. The reason I made my purchase at the other Honda dealership in town was the sheer amount of calls I received between visits, some that were weirdly aggressive (ie. will you be ready to make your purchase at your next visit)... and others that just demonstrated some poor communication in the dealership (ie. can you tell us what time you will be in - after I made an appointment with the saleswoman). The saleswoman even said "there are so many of us they have a hard time keeping customers straight. I was getting a call almost every day in the week between my visits. Its just way too much. I regret giving them my cell phone number as it would occasionally have me checking my phone at inappropriate times. The final straw was when I specifically asked the salesperson to have them stop calling me, she added "prefers email" to my profile at the dealership and for the following few days I received both emails and calls. Listen to your customers. More

I have given the dealer a year and a half to improve things as they had changed management to repair theri bad name and resolve some of the issues that came up over the years. Nothing has changed though. Do yourself a favour and travek to woodstock. Woodstock Honda seems to be a honest no b.s. and quality dealer. I was also sold a transmission service during a visit which i agreed to do on my next visit. I show up for the job/work and the advisor (who was different than the person who sold the work) sais you dont need to do that till you hit 150000km or aboug 3 years. My salesman Murat was quite helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to demonstrate all aspects of the vehicle's functions on pick up day and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. The business manager Peter K who did the finances was also friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure any add ons, just reviewed the options to consider. The purchase price was good value and they have good warranty for the car as well. I would purchase here again and recommend it to others. More
