I recently purchased a used vehicle from London Honda, and would highly recommend this location. I had been to several other dealerships during my search for a vehicle, and found so many of them were unp and would highly recommend this location. I had been to several other dealerships during my search for a vehicle, and found so many of them were unprofessional and pushy. You won't see that at London Honda though! I was greeted by a smiling receptionist, who was very friendly as she referred me to the sales team. I had the pleasure of working with Spencer and Chad, and they were both awesome. Spencer explained everything and answered all my questions, both professionally and well, and I felt no pressure at all. Spencer also accompanied me on the test drive and we chatted up a storm and had a few laughs on the way. After my purchase, I received an email with information that I would need to give my insurance company in order to switch over to my new vehicle, but I was a bit confused about exactly what I needed to do moving forward, so I dropped by to confirm what I needed to do. Not only did Chad explain to me the information that insurance would need, but he actually called my insurance and set it all up for me while I was in his office .... Now that folks, is what you call customer care that goes way above and beyond ! I certainly do not hesitate to recommend London Honda and its awesome staff. These days, it's hard to find superb service like this. Check out this location....you won't be disappointed !!! More

I discovered a crack in my windshield after spring servicing. I never suspected the dealership was a fault. I thought it must have been an existing stress crack that must have appeared while going up servicing. I never suspected the dealership was a fault. I thought it must have been an existing stress crack that must have appeared while going up and down the hoist. The service manager (Jim Ashton), addressed my concern quickly. He thoroughly investigated the issue, listened to my concerns and raised this to Honda Canada. I am happy to say I have a brand new windshield covered by Honda. I know this will not happen in every instance but was pleased that the effort was made to keep the client happy. Bought two vehicles so far and will go back again. More

Absolutely disgusted by the service at the Parts counter on may 9th with Brian Farmer. Not even worth a one star. Brian lacked professionalism and had extremely poor communication and customer service skill on may 9th with Brian Farmer. Not even worth a one star. Brian lacked professionalism and had extremely poor communication and customer service skills. I simply asked for quotes and when/how I would be notified when my parts arrived at the store. He was rude and blunt throughout the entire interaction and provided little to no information. He kept deferring that a family member was in the other day so that was an excuse to not answer any of my questions. I was taken aback with how annoyed his tone sound and inability to answer my questions in a professional and respectful way that all customers deserved. When asked about the specific part I required he acted like this conversation took place already despite my first time at this location and genuine lack of knowing. He told me they charged for everything an acted like I was dumb when I asked for quotes. I honestly think people who are inept to answer customers questions in a professional and respectful way should not be working for Honda, let alone be a Parts Manager at Honda. I expect quality and respect when dealing with customer service, not rudeness, lack of information, or disrespect by any means. The day after I called Honda to request a cancellation to my order as I simply do not want to interact with someone like Brian at the counter again. The salesperson I spoke with - Taylor was confused why I was even charged initially and that prepaid sales aren’t the process. He then transferred be to Brian Farmer again, which to no surprise was extremely rude again and told me it was final sale and that I was aware despite him never saying that throughout the entire interaction. Being an uninformed consumer, I obliged to pay for the part and was refused the refund. Not only did I have to deal with the crotchety attitude and implicit racial bias of Brian twice now. I am absolutely dismayed and surprised Honda would employ someone with such unprofessional manners and incompetence as a Manager. I sincerely hope customers who have to go through Parts at Honda will be sparred the rudeness and poor customer service of Brian going forward. More
