Service was booked for 10:00am and I was there with vehicle at 9:55am. I was in for a recall servicing that I was told would take 3-4 hours to complete. At 12:00pm. I casually walked out the showroom vehicle at 9:55am. I was in for a recall servicing that I was told would take 3-4 hours to complete. At 12:00pm. I casually walked out the showroom doors and discovered that my vehicle had been parked in back of the service department and was not serviced. I came back in, reported to my service advisor the details and was told to escalate up to the service manager. I expressed my feelings to him about waiting with no work being done on the car. Sitting back down in the waiting area, the service manager in about 5 minutes came over to advise that my car was inside for service. Approx. 40 minutes later the service advisor came in and told me that my car was being washed and would be ready for pickup shortly. Approx 10 minutes later he presented me with the invoice (n/c) and my keys. I am upset the I was told the 45 minute servicing would take so long without being advised of any reason when booking. THat just isn't fair to have a customer waiting so long when you don't schedule your work properly to start and finish on time! I am NOT PLEASED!!. More
