Been going to London honda since 2011. My wife stopped going there and started going to a different honda because she found London honda to be dishonest. I experienced that. Took my car My wife stopped going there and started going to a different honda because she found London honda to be dishonest. I experienced that. Took my car in- I knew it was an alternator, told them. They changed the starter. Didn't run it through the test again to make sure they got the problem. 3 days later my car died on the 401. And guess what... it was the alternator. And!!! Not a single apology for costing me a tow, a day of work and almost my life- potentially someone else's too. Instead they hustled to get me a loaner... and had the gall to then charge me for an alternator. The advisor Paolo lied to me- the paperwork doesn't match what he said. But.. it sure matches the outcome of their mistakes. So... roughly $1500 later for a starter and alternator and they can't prove that the starter was the issue. But I can prove that I paid for both. I will not be taking my car back there. I can't guarantee my safety and the safety of those driving around me when they do a half-a**d job. The anxiety of feeling like you can't trust your car and you have a family at home... is a terrible feeling. I do not recommend. More
