Mitch helped my wife and I with a couple of Ridgelines to try. We decided on the Black Edition. Both Mitch and Gianni were very helpful in the whole process of trade-in and purchase. The advisor, Paolo Bianzon, was very helpful and friendly. I had not booked an appointment and I had to leave the car there overnight. He called the next day when the work was completed.
