This is the best experience I’ve had with a Kia dealership, and I’m on my fourth KIA. Even though I don’t live in the area, When I was shopping for my KIA Sorrento, I was impressed by the professio dealership, and I’m on my fourth KIA. Even though I don’t live in the area, When I was shopping for my KIA Sorrento, I was impressed by the professionalism and honesty from the sales associates. I don’t live in the area so I’m only able to use their Service department a half dozen times, which is also top notch. My most recent interaction was with Christopher Guidotti, the finance manager, I needed info on remaining balance, and he was patient and even took the time email me the payout forms, and instructed me how to proceed with my financial institution; even gave me some information on KIA’S electric vehicles, as to what’s available and what’s to come. Looking forward to the next negotiation for a new electric vehicle, last time I got a fair deal and a Kia umbrella which was a prop in the show room. Very accommodating staff! More

I got a new car from Lockwood Kia. I have never trusted dealerships until I went to them. Lake was a great sales person. He was very knowledgeable and he did not pressure me at all. Dealing with those 2 felt like I was dealing with friends not sales people. Marco from financing was equally as great. He gave me a great added warranty with an extra bit on top.
