I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. I was looking at replacing both my vehicles and went to all the dealerships to look at comparable SUV's and a smaller car. In most dealerships, I felt as a customer who if not serious to buy, the sales people would move on to another willing customer. I must say that this was not the case at Lockwood Kia. I went with my family and met with Kendra and felt like we were family talking about what the best fits were for the 2 vehicles. I do not recall any sales person telling me that if I was not 100% sure to buy a vehicle or anything else, for that matter, that I should not. At this dealership, talking with Kendra and Matt, I actually heard this statement. I am totally impressed with the Kia lineup and would not hesitate to buy or lease any of their vehicles. I would sincerely like to thank Kendra, Matt and Trent for their friendly and no pressure tactics. My young daughters were privy to an incredible experience and when they get to the point of purchasing their own vehicle, they will look back at this experience as a baseline. More

Went to view it the next day and was dealing with newley employed Armando. He was very polite, not pressuring us to buy, answered all are questions, they make you feel welcomed, and no sales pitch. Kendra Hatheway was our sales person and right from the start we hit it off. She listened to what we were looking for and most importantly remembered our names!! By the end we truly felt the family experience and we know that all the staff worked hard to make our buying experience seamless and fit our needs. There was no sales pressure, gave us time to think things through and what options were available to us.. they made this purchase happen for us and we are truly grateful for all their patience and time. This may not be the biggest dealership but the family experience will always have us come back for future purchases. More

I gave her (sales) and Trent (manager) my parameters and it wasn't always easy, but they worked within them. I was about ready to buy when I noticed the Kia Soul 2015 does not have the bumper guards/moldings for the side of the car that my 2010 Kia did. That is high on my 'need to have' list so that when in parking lots, other people's car doors don't chip mine. They immediately researched it, and found that they could be added and it would be included in the price already agreed upon. Kendra and Trent answered all my questions and explained everything easily. They are both terrific people to work with. I've been taking my Kia 2010 to the dealership for maintenance service and will continue to do so with my new 2015. Through the years the customer service there has been excellent. My new Kia Soul is a delight! More
First Time Car Buyer - Fantastic Experience I went into Lockwood Kia looking for information on financing my first vehicle. I was immediately greeted and warmly invited to share some information about what it was I was looking for. Charles walked me through the whole experience allowing me to ask many questions, addressing any concerns and really putting me at ease. Charles was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I went through my research and purchase process. Charles went above and beyond my expectations and even called me to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. Trent came and checked in on all of my meetings with Charles (3 total including vehicle pickup); he was always friendly, and made sure I was happy with everything. When I sat with Matthew to discuss finances, he took everything slowly and made sure I was fully aware of all aspects of my contract. He took time to explain the philosophy of Kia and the reasoning behind all of my warranty options. Matthew was very patient and explained all technical aspects of my contract in detail so I was fully aware of my agreement. After every meeting, and after driving away with my new Kia Soul, I felt that I was given the best service and care I could ask for. I am very pleased with my purchase and I look forward to visiting this location for my service appointments. I would recommend Lockwood Kia to any car buyer; you will be well taken care of! More

She went beyond what would be expected of a salesperson. I was looking for a slightly used car. She kept in touch and for over a month kept searching until she found the car that I was looking for. She was not the only salesperson we contacted but I can tell you that she was the only person that worked continuously for us. Mike, the general manager, is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had an excellent experience at Lockwood KIA dealership. There is no pressure, very friendly and respective of our options. Matthew, finance, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. The team that we dealt with were superb and walked out feeling great about our purchase. We love the car and will be back when ready for another car. More
