He personally made sure the vehicle was in excellent working condition and that the price remained the same as originally agreed. He was friendly, supportive and went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. When it came down to the financing Michael Holguin was amazing as well. He was was friendly and called me to let me know each step of the financing process which I found very reassuring and helped me feel like I had control in the purchasing process.
