I apply to a 7 year financing and they end offering me a 3 year lease. I don't apply with them for lease and they want to attach me with any type of loan different of what I apply even expecting to wait for them up to 90 days to find me a better financing options. Nobody with a car need will wait for that period. I loose the deposit and they loose me and relatives as a customers. I don't recommend this dealer. More
Rude and disrespectful assistant sales manager Armando Went to test drive a potential vehicle I wanted to trade in my car for. Proceeded to watch Armando take my car for a joy ride right in front of my eyes (he didn't know I was test driving another car behind him). He was flooring my car, driving like a maniac, and I wasn't even close to keeping up (I tried) in the vehicle I was test driving. After confronting him he was rude and I felt awful for even visiting this place. Never again. How can you treat a customers vehicle like that AND be so rude afterwards. Never received an apology and the sales guy agreed with me, Armando was completely wrong to do that... So how do they treat the cars they sell if they treat mine in that way? More

Christian was always willing to help us in any way, he even picked us up to take us the dealership. for us this was something very new coming from South Africa. I wanted to say that i would send people to Lockwood Kia anytime. They helped us so much and i really wanted to thank a big thank you from both myself and my Wife. I had been struggling to get my dream car, Challenger, and been turned down by many other places because I didn't meet their rigid requirements, and sometimes the other places would even go 180 and back out on a deal-in-progress or the finances would not pass because they didn't think my credit score was high enough. I have been working so hard to be financially capable to get my Challenger. I really missed having one since a drunk driver crashed into my old 2009 one and totally ruined it beyond repair. Thanks Chris for bringing me to my happy place, out of depressing feelings now that I can have my car-baby! More

My Service Advisor Mr. Giulio Michetti,really takes the time to ensure that all of my car and my needs are met as a customer. The former Service Advisor Jake was also awesome but he has since moved over to the selling side--I'm so glad that I found them. I now live in Ottawa and still make the trip back to Oakville because I think their service is stellar and I want my car to be serviced by the best.
