We pride ourselves in being a low pressure environment which is what you will hear from many of our other reviews. After purchasing your vehicle, we are required by law to inform you of certain protection items, they are by no means mandatory and it is your choice to accept or decline items. Fair enough we did not have to choose the protection package,but that is not the point here. Let me explain the full story..... Your website stated an offer of a certain period of months at a biweekly basis and a certain interest rate. To be sure about all the details we called your salesman and he confirmed the offer on the particular vehicle we were interested in. That confirmed we went into your branch for a test drive and finally to sign. Only to be told the offer on the vehicle we had chosen was incorrect and that it would be the shorter finance period. The figure biweekly initially was $98, it then went up to $123 biweekly. Also we opted for the winter tyres to be added and your sales guy said he would get 50% off only to return after a chat with his manager that no we had to pay full price. We were okay with the tyres added to the price ,but not the additional price on top of the original offer. After all the OPTIONAL protection offers the price shot up to $164 biweekly. From strict budget to almost double. All I am trying to say is make sure your sales staff know what they are talking about before making wild claims and also not getting visibly irritated when we chose to give it some thought. Not even a goodbye,but a flick of his wrist without making eye contact when he knew the sale might not happen right there and then. With all this said I’m sure you have other staff whom are professional and conduct themselves honorably. I’m just annoyed my wife had to endure his tantrum.

Hi Andrew, The finance calculator on our website is by no means a quotation tool it is simply a finance calculator for estimation purposes only. There is a clear disclosure underneath the finance calculator which mentions this. In regards to our salespersons behavior I cannot comment as I was not present at that time. I have spoken to Nate about the situation and he has assured me that he did not act unprofessionally however was frustrated at the fact that you were in agreement to the vehicle price and ultimately changed your mind about the deal that was made after meeting with our finance manager.
