My experience was awesome from start to finish I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and h I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and help me. First of all, he had my car towed away at no cost to me, which was a huge concern for me. He learned that my financial situation was not great, but that didn't stop him. I had no money to put down, and he still managed to help me. He got me into a great, reliable and safe vehicle. Mike actually saved me, and I'm very grateful. He actually brought the car to me so I didn't have to worry about getting to the dealership. Great customer service! Unlike other Kia dealerships I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing wit I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing with John, has been a welcoming surprise. I've had a couple pretty major repairs on my vehicle in the last year and John has been phenomenal to deal with in both instances. Great People Great Service So I was looking for a new car and came to Lockwood Kia. I emailed about a test drive on a Sunday and Logan got back to me that day after hours. He wa So I was looking for a new car and came to Lockwood Kia. I emailed about a test drive on a Sunday and Logan got back to me that day after hours. He was very informative about the cars I was looking at and gave every detail he can. So I came in to test drive and he was very professional and friendly. He sat me down and gave me all the details again and answered ally questions as a first time buyer. So after talking to Logan I decided to go for it and got a 2018 Kia LX+. The car was amazing and was the perfect fit for me, then on delivery it was delayed so Logan did everything he can to make it right. He went out of his way and made the whole situation easy and painless when buying my first car. I would recommend him and Lockwood Kia, they are great people who don't try and sell you just a car they work with you and deliver the best customer service I have seen in a long time! More
