It is hard to except any more customer service here! ! Sometimes I uave a feeling there I am dreaming because you wont meet any similar service anywhere what they have here. It was a pleasure working with Sue Vincent on exploring a new IS. She was very knowledgeable, professional and informative throughout the process. Sue was very engaging and a great representative of Lexus of London. During the process I visited several dealerships and it was not always a great experience with the different sales representatives. Sue stood out because she was willing to take the time to answer my questions, without the feeling of being rushed. I have told friends about my interactions with Sue and have recommended her without any reservations. I wish all sales representatives would act in the same manner, but unfortunately they do not. I truly enjoyed the process and wholeheartedly recommend Sue if you are interested in a Lexus. More
