Quality service response I arrived at dealer 20 min before closing on a Saturday. Shopping for a preowned luxury SUV I went in to my local dealership without an appointment to see a vehicle I found online beforehand. I test drove two vehicles on her recommendation and was totally satisfied with the service and attention she provided. Unfortunately I didn't fall in love with either, but Stephanie said she would keep me in mind should another SUV meeting my criteria become available. She made true on that offer and followed up with me less than three weeks later. However, that car was also not the one for me. I could not have asked for more from a sales representative, and will be sure to continue to talk to Stephanie first the next time i am car shopping. More

Stephanie is Great to Work With!! I went into Lexus of London in late December to get my 2015 RX350 Lexus serviced and ended up buying a 2016 RX350 Sport. My wife and I dealt with Stephanie last year when we bought our 2015 Lexus and found her very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. When I met her in the showroom while waiting for the servicing we had a great general discussion. The discussion of buying a new car and trading in my almost new one started out as curiosity on my part with no pressure put on me. One thing lead to the next and 3 hours later after getting my wife out of the local mall we were getting serious again. Stephanie is fun and easy to work with and the whole experience was again very satisfying and comfortable. They guaranteed the car before Christmas and the dealership came through with the car delivered on December 23rd with a big red bow sitting on top. More

OUTSTANDING DEALER AND AMAZING STAFF!! I have been to many dealerships, and let me just say that, Lexus of London blows every other one out of the water!! The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. The staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me, but not in a pushy sort of manner which you get from most other dealerships. I had driven 2.5 hours all the way from Toronto to meet with Sue regarding a 2013 used vehicle purchase. Upon arriving, Sue greeted me with a big smile and had all the paper work ready in her office. The used car was already brought out to the front and all cleaned up and ready for me to see. I was amazed at Sue's efficiency and dedication to her job! Sue was also kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me personally!! She drove all the way from London to Toronto with her driver Bill, no hesitation or questions asked. Upon meeting the driver Bill for the first time, he too greeted me with a big smile and seemed to love what he does. Everything I asked for upon delivery of the car was done PLUS MORE!!
