Another Lovely Lexus When in for service we decided the loaner we had for the day was so amazing, we really wanted it for our next vehicle. Sue told us about the car and we left to think it over. About a week later we called her to see what she could do for us. Sue was amazing at helping us close the deal and making us feel welcome and comfortable. I don't think we have enjoyed buying a car as much as this one. We just had a connection with Sue and never felt pressured or intimidated. Through the process we have become friends. Imagine that!
