I had asked for a cost on updating navigation in my Lexus. Was given a cost of $200 but when I went to get the update was told $300 including labor. I probably would have it done anyway but don't like that I was not told the labor costs were extra. Lexus needs to be upfront about service costs. Don More

Excellent Service But Just One Thing I had my car serviced at Lexus South Pointe and had new tires and an alignment done. I had checked the price of the tires at Costco with installation I had my car serviced at Lexus South Pointe and had new tires and an alignment done. I had checked the price of the tires at Costco with installation so when I went to South Pointe and said if they could match the price I would get them there. They did and so I agreed they could install the new tires. The only thing I did not count on was the installation cost (labor) was not the same as Costco. When I asked about it after the service was completed the service rep told me they do not match the installation charges. A price match to me should include the installation. The service I had was good, no issues, but I would have to make sure any price match from South Pointe includes all the costs. More
