Truck Service I had my truck in for regular service and they ended finding a recall on my truck and got that fixed, as well. Dropped me off and picked me up to pick up my truck when it was ready. More
Worst experience at any dealership Was Dennied warranty on a engine and given a false diagnosis. When I proved them wrong they were unwilling to take any ownership of the problem. FREE Service I popped in to see if something could be done to our locks on our 2008 Jeep Liberty. I would always have to click unlock twice on our remote or from t I popped in to see if something could be done to our locks on our 2008 Jeep Liberty. I would always have to click unlock twice on our remote or from the control on our door to let anyone out (Very cumbersome). The lady, Judy at the service desk, came out with me to have a look as she figured it would be able to be change from the "info centre" in the vehicle when key was in the ignition. Judy discovered our model did not have the info centre feature. She asked if she could bring it in to have a tech, Marco look at it. I waited at the service counter for about 5-10 minutes. She returned my vehicle and told me, Marco had to hook it up to his computer to change the memory as to how our locks would work. The problem was fixed, everyone can now get out when I either open my door or manually touch unlock, once! Judy did not charge me for this service. Have to say, I was expecting to have to book an appointment as well as pay for a minimum labour fee for the dealership to have a peek at my problem. Thanks for the great customer service. More

I spent $1300 there four months ago and the quality of service at that time was ok because they were making $$ off me. I'm a mechanic and it makes a person feel terrible when your blown off. The question was. Which out of four of my power steering hoses is leaking. Could have grabed a tech taken two min and made $$ on the sale of a dealership priced hose but no blew me. So Not recomended at all More
This dealer has terrible customer service, Been here twice in the last few months first when i was looking for a jeep i went in to talk to a salesperson thinking they would come to me first but everyone twice in the last few months first when i was looking for a jeep i went in to talk to a salesperson thinking they would come to me first but everyone seemed to walk by and didnt care or even try to ecnourage that someone was looking at brochures and maybe waiting someone customer service so i thought screw this place and went some where to buy my current jeep, i just went to this dealership yesterday to order some accessories for my current jeep, i simply went to the parts counter it was kind of confusing to find first due to the new renovations which look dum, but anyway went to the parts counter rang the bell and waited for someone to help me, mean while three guys came by the counter continue walking and started having a conversation and simply ignored me and another customer at the parts counter, i got fed up after waiting several minutes waiting for someone to help me, never going to go to this dealership for anything, extremely horrible customer service, i would like to contact someone from chrysler canada reporting how horrible my experiences were. refused to honour warrenty on vehicle. Said they could get the repair done by Friday. Phoned monday morning and was told it won't even be looked at until Wednesday because the tech was in school for the n get the repair done by Friday. You would think that they would compensate for that and at least put another tech on there instead of leaving people stranded without a vehicle for a week, ESPECIALLY why they won't even honour the warrenty in place to provided a replacement vehicle. Overall, I will NEVER go back to the dealership. Why would I if they refused to even honour a warrently contract? More
