Not often that you can say that a car buying experience was a dream, but Brad, Robert, and everyone at Leduc Chrysler was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond at every point in the car buying proces was a dream, but Brad, Robert, and everyone at Leduc Chrysler was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond at every point in the car buying process. Would recommend them to absolutely anyone, and as long as they continue doing things the way they do, Leduc Chrysler will DEFINITELY be my first stop any time in the future that I need vehicle help. It is out of my way to travel all the way to Leduc for vehicle maintenance, but the lengths they go to to make their clients feel cared for is something I would travel even further for, if I needed to. I had an emergency with my vehicle 1. 5 hours away from home & when I arrived I was greeted with the most caring customer service I have ever experienced. I had a very grumpy 4 year old w 5 hours away from home & when I arrived I was greeted with the most caring customer service I have ever experienced. I had a very grumpy 4 year old with me & the staff went above & beyond trying to tame the situation by offering pizza, bringing new colouring pages and even offered to get her stuff out of the vending machine! They were very busy & still managed to get me in as fast as they could! More

They were great to deal with when I originally bought the truck, and the service department has been wonderful as well.
