The first truck we test drove was nice and fairly priced, but was missing a few things that would make the vehicle better suited for our family. Joe listened to us, and by the time we were coming back from the first test drive had another truck already waiting, one that was priced the same with same mileage, but had what was missing on the first truck. He stayed after hours to help us. Angela was extremely helpful in the financing and Terri ensured that we know all that we had to know about the features of the truck and available service. What more is there to say---good prices and great, friendly service by all. I am already recommending this dealership to other people I know. Easy experience! During my search for a truck, I went to multiple dealers throughout Edmonton with a specific set of details and price in mind. After getting the runa During my search for a truck, I went to multiple dealers throughout Edmonton with a specific set of details and price in mind. After getting the runaround elsewhere with dealers that would not budge on price even with a reasonable offer, I came across Leduc Chrysler. The truck I found had more features and less km's than the previous vehicles I'd viewed. When I asked what we could do about the price, they were able to drop to within my range first time! No haggle! The truck was priced fairly right from the very beginning. During the first test drive, I heard an odd noise that could only be heard on the driver side. Cory assured me that it would not be a big issue as nothing was found on the inspection report he had sent me prior to viewing. However, after a quick inspection by Lonnie in the service department, they were able to find an improperly installed grommet around the steering column. After repairing this, the noise disappeared and my peace of mind returned! On top of being able to offer a competitive price, prompt service, and quality vehicle, Cory was willing to hold the truck while I worked out my own independent financing. My whole experience took place over the course of about two weeks, and in that time frame all questions and hesitancies I had about the truck were addressed. For those people out there that fear pushy salesmen and the stereotypical greedy dealership, you have nothing to worry about with Leduc Chrysler. There is a great team of people here and they can definitely make your vehicle buying experience a pleasant one. More
