From start to finish, my experience with this dealership was absolutely incredible. Brad, Natalia and Christina all played a big role in making this a great experience for me as I was getting my dream vehic was absolutely incredible. Brad, Natalia and Christina all played a big role in making this a great experience for me as I was getting my dream vehicle. Right from the beginning, Brad wanted to know exactly what I wanted. This was a big change from other people trying to tell me what they thought I wanted. I am not local to the area and wasn't able to pop in any time, but that didn't stop Brad from providing amazing customer service. He was quick to respond to text messages, sent me pictures of available stock, and a video of the one I had my eye on the most, and pictures of pricing and roughly what the payments would work out to be on the one I had my eye on the most. He and Natalia were incredibly transparent and straight forward about everything the whole way through the purchasing process. Natalia was amazing at helping me articulate what accessories I wanted to include in the purchase and took her time to go through all of my concerns and questions. On delivery day, Christina took her time to show me how the touch screen worked and went through the various screens and options with me and made sure I was following and understood. She made sure I didn't leave with a new vehicle and no idea how to make features in it function - she has no idea how much better that made me feel when I drove out of the lot as I was quite nervous about accidentally messing up something just by touching it. This was not a quick purchase decision. I took two trips to Leduc to pick the vehicle, make sure it was what I wanted, and finalize the purchase/pick up. Brad, Natalia and Christina were there to support me both times. They treated me like an old friend and I watched as they treated everyone who came through their doors the same. It made for a welcoming atmosphere and made the whole process very enjoyable. I've already told hubby that we will be popping in to see Brad, Natalia and Christina again when it comes time to replace his vehicle. More
