The service the day of the oil change was fine. The issue I had was the abrupt manor in which I was addressed while booking. Just an oil/filter change per service schedule this time, but as usual good service. I find the cost for an oil change to be ridiculous at any garage, so I usually do it myself at home, but I'm getting too old to do to be crawling around under a car. More
I've purchased my last 3 vehicles at Lauria. I've always been happy with service and was again with the work that was done this time. What bothers me, and this has happened twice, is when I phone or pop in been happy with service and was again with the work that was done this time. What bothers me, and this has happened twice, is when I phone or pop in with a question about an issue, I get an immediate, "it's not our fault" or "we didn't touch that" even though I'm not accusing anyone of anything. My most recent problem which I believe is minor required making an appointment which isn't going to happen for several weeks. I might just go to Canadian Tire. More
