Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to the service department. We are glad that you were happy with the work performed and with the service from Shirley. With regard to the wait time and lack of ride home we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Ordinarily we always have our Lauria Hyundai Shuttle bringing customers to and from the dealership all day long as part of our service, but with Covid restrictions we have had to pause the shuttle service temporarily. The good news is that it should be up and running again soon with restrictions easing and the Province opening back up, but unfortunately we realize this doesn't help in your situation.
