Olivia took down my information and my price limit and contacted me several times in the next two weeks when something that seemed like a potential choice came in. Each time the vehicle met my must-haves AND price range. Each time I said no Olivia was friendly and understanding and continued the search, at no point did she try to talk me into second best! I finally found a car I loved at another dealership but the next time I need to replace a vehicle, Olivia will be my first go to salesperson. More

I went to Lauria Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle and I was greeted by Karl Zaman, one of the sales advisors at the dealer. He was very friendly and yet very professional. One thing I liked about Karl was that he didn’t act like a salesperson with me but rather a consultant who has very detailed product knowledge. I absolutely love my new car. When I visited to have winter oil change and winter tires put on - I was told my cabin air filter needed replacing - 2 other clients sitting in the waiting area were advised of the same thing. I am angry at put on - I was told my cabin air filter needed replacing - 2 other clients sitting in the waiting area were advised of the same thing. I am angry at myself for agreeing with the service tech that the filter be replaced. I have done some research and know $$ on my part was wasted. In the moment - rather than pay to store my tires again with Lauria - I brought them home to store in garage which defrayed the cost of the cabin filter. My being 72 and with my older Alzheimer husband - not something I wanted to do - but have neighbours with muscle who stepped up. ON ANOTHER ISSUE = GOT RECALL LETTER BEFORE XMAS AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE HAVE RECEIVED NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION ABOUT YOUR BEING SET UP TO HAVE MY VEHICLE PUT TO RIGHTS PER THE RECALL SCENARIO. My experience with the cabin filter is something I would share with others - especially when two other customers were advised their vehicles needed the same thing. More
