The car is beyond excepcional in every sense, quality, safety, reliable, comfort, etc... the service throughout the 4 years lease was great! A again! I was in the prospect for the Rav 4 Prime and I was on the Toyota website. I chatted online with someone from the dealer who answered all of my questions. They also helped to connect me to the manager who the Toyota website. I chatted online with someone from the dealer who answered all of my questions. They also helped to connect me to the manager who I was able to set up a test drive with the next day. Needless to say, it ended with me coming home with a brand new Rav 4 Prime! It took a long time (but it was likely due to how extremely busy this dealership is), but it was efficiently done and taken care of. Thank you so much! More

Very disorganized. Sales people do not follow threw with customers. Saw a lot of people standing around doing nothing.
