I bought my car almost 2 years ago, and was charged for a lot of extras that I did not need or want. Since then my banking information has changed and I have been leaving messages for the finance manager to lot of extras that I did not need or want. My husband deals with the Bank of Montreal and we will find out what is going on. if we don't get an answer, we will have to drive out to Burnaby to get some answers. After the pandemic, there were no cars so I was forced to deal with them. Should have dealt with the Patterson group. More

We don’t buy a lot of vehicles,but this was our worst experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems experience.Had to deal with 3 separate people before we could finalize a deal.We have had a few minor issues we absolutely no success having problems solved,they got their money and then nothing more,we noticed several customers received gift baskets on a sale,I guess spending $55,000 doesn’t merit appreciation.If we didn’t like the vehicle so much we would of left and gone elsewhere. They graciously squeezed me in on short notice (we’re a busy family of 5) & quickly diagnosed the problem—neighbourhood rats had chewed through 2 of the fuel injector wires overnight! It was fixed & given back to me well before the end of the same business day, which was completely unexpected! Thank you! More
