I had outstanding service from this dealership I didn't think I was ready to sell my car but then I saw that the Jeep Patriot was reasonably priced and I decided I wanted to learn more about buying I didn't think I was ready to sell my car but then I saw that the Jeep Patriot was reasonably priced and I decided I wanted to learn more about buying one, and possibly trading in my old vehicle (2008 PT Cruiser convertible). I had always HATED dealing with car salespeople because I hate the "hard sell". Nevertheless, I found a vehicle I wanted so I met with Shawna Kelsey (God Bless a female salesperson) and she got me into a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot. I trusted her! She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable without the hard sell. Before I took possession she took care of all the paperwork and liaising with the insurance people, she had the car detailed and with a full tank of gas upon my arrival. All I had to do was sign the papers. But before I left the lot she also walked me through every feature (since the vehicle was FULLY loaded). I can't say enough about her. if you want to be treated fairly and with someone who genuinely cares to get you into the vehicle YOU want, go and see Shawna. You won't be disappointed!! Went in later that day, they appraised my trade, we looked at a couple of options on the lot, and he let me take one home for the day to talk about it with my wife. Went back that night and finalized the deal. No pressure from him at all. Very pleasant transaction. The business office did try to sell their warranties, but I suppose that's their job. Felt a bit of pressure there, but not too much "hard sell". More

He helped us source out a truck that not only fit our needs, but also fit the price range we were looking for. He made excellent suggestions and got us just what we wanted and needed! We were then passed to the Finance department to Janine, and she was super friendly and helpful too! She explained to us everything at every step of the way not leaving us in the dark even once! Everything was out in the open for us to see, and we never felt like they were trying to hide everything. They found every possible way to save us money, and maximize the potential of our truck! Trading my car for a truck made easier at Langley Chrysler After looking at trucks on websites and at auto dealers and having test drove several, I hadn't yet found what I felt was the right truck for my plans After looking at trucks on websites and at auto dealers and having test drove several, I hadn't yet found what I felt was the right truck for my plans. I found my way to Langley Chrysler because of the choices available on their website. I was impressed that after only a couple of minutes a sale person came outside to greet me. I explained that I was wanting to trade in my car for a truck that could tow a trailer...Bill Jones the sales rep brought me and friend inside to look at the website so I could show him the examples I had seen. He suggested a truck for me and we went for a test drive. I liked the fact that the sales rep was so knowledgeable about his product. He also did not try to "upsell" me. He wanted to make sure I got the truck that was "right" for me. Consequently, I left behind my beautiful blue car and drove home in a new to me truck. I credit Bill Jones for making me feel comfortable enough to actually want to buy the truck from him. The finance person also made it easy to understand the paperwork. I had questions and she was happy to explain. More
