The service department employee was very good at dealing with my vehicle issues and with the warranty company. The thing is when I got home and opened the hood of my car the mess that the engine compartment with my vehicle issues and with the warranty company. I can't tell if the issues are taken care of or if they are still leaking. When I was asked if I wanted them to clean up the engine compartment before I picked up the car I assumed they wanted to charge me extra on top of the $3,000.00 it had already cost for the repairs so I said I would clean it myself. The thing is I expected it to look as it did when I took it into service. I have had issues before with my wife's Jeep being returned to us with garbage left in it and gages not set back to where they were when it was brought in. Also when I first took my car in for service during the height of COVID-19 when it was returned to me I found a covid mask on my passenger side floor. I mentioned it to the service department but they didn't care. I'm disappointed about this ongoing situation with getting my vehicles back in this condition. I don't like to complain but folks you charge a lot of money for repairs the least you could do is return the vehicles in the condition that you received them after working on them. That's not customer service it is more like you don't care about the customer's vehicle or property. I know this will fall on deft ears and it is my choice to go elsewhere for service, but I believe in keeping your dollars close to home and supporting local companies but these same companies should consider how much disappointment people should have to put up with before they are forced to go elsewhere. More
