Best experience we have had in buying our new jeep, Norm our sales person and Tyler the sales manager were very patient with us while we took our time to pick the right vehicle for us. Norm was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed us and there were a few Also trying to stay within our budget . There was no pressure to purchase or to up sell anything. And Tara in the finance dept explained all the benefits to different warranties but didn’t pressure us in any direction. She gave us all the info and let us decide and the same with the lady in the Insurance. No pressure. Great experience after the worst experience we have ever had at Coquitlam Chrysler . My husband and i are in our mid seventies so have purchased many vehicles and this was the best . They spent a lot of time with us over 3 days and never made us feel we had better buy. I was dealing on a 2019 Helcat and had contact Chris in sales to talk about the car . And after 3 days of negotiations with Chris and his management team came to a agreement that worked for myself and the sales to talk about the car . I recently decided to buy a new vehicle and went to all brands of automobiles to try them all out and settled on a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle 2021. I went to six (6) different Chrysler dealerships a brands of automobiles to try them all out and settled on a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle 2021. I went to six (6) different Chrysler dealerships and decided that Langley Chrysler gave me the best deal by far. Of course deals depend on the sales manager and I was extremely pleased with Shamal Goundar who authorized an extremely competitive price. The sales guys Ziyaad Badshah and Thomas Vlasik were also great and I especially appreciated the extra mile that Thomas went to in driving to and picking me up from the Scrap-it site in Surrey where I had to drop off my old vehicle. Finally the service I got from Tara in the finance department was also excellent and she made a suggestion to me that gave me more flexibility at a slightly lower price which I very much appreciated. I almost forgot but the Parts Department also came through with excellent pricing for some add ons that I wanted. All in all I can recommend them for both good prices and good service. More
