Huge improvement! I've been here a few times for service, but my latest visit in October was honestly a monumental step up in my experience. They got me into a loaner vehicle right away, and it was already running with the heat going (it was early in the morning). In the past, I had to chase down updates. But this time they reached out to me around lunch to let me know where my F-Pace was at. Super impressed, guys! When I came to pick up, my advisor Geoff went through a free inspection with me (winter is around the corner). He also made sure my F-Pace got an interior clean and exterior car wash... which.... I kind of expect but honestly this was missed on a previous visit... so again, it's a great improvement to see these little bonuses included. They have a new service manager, I forget his name, but he came out and shook my hand and talked about my vehicle for a bit... you could tell he wanted to make sure his team was doing everything to provide a good experience. I don't normally leave comments, but I was so impressed with this recent experience that I had to leave a review. I think the new leadership here is doing good things, I look forward to coming back. More

The whole process was smooth, quick, and felt way more personal than I expected from a luxury dealership. Credit also goes to the higher management for building a team and culture like this. There was a noticeable gap between what was promised and what was delivered, which resulted in unnecessary frustration. Based on this experience, it would be difficult to recommend this dealership without significant improvements in service standards and accountability. More
