Laking Toyota

I have NEVER given a poor rating before this one. .. It should be NO STARS. Took my vehicle into Laking Toyota for a Gold package detailing service at a cost of $477.91, I was also quoted 400.00 plus .. It should be NO STARS. Took my vehicle into Laking Toyota for a Gold package detailing service at a cost of $477.91, I was also quoted 400.00 plus tax, that should have been $452.00, and told it takes 8 hours to conduct a Gold detailing of a vehicle, which I was good with. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the detailing department. Not sure how they can call it a Gold package when it wasn't even a Bronze package. When I went to pick it up the nest day, It wasn't even cleaned properly. The running boards, inside the wheel wells, inside the doors and under the hood area weren't completely cleaned. Not all the carpet area was shampooed, (still had winter salt marks), the glove and consul compartments had not been cleaned and dirt was still there. The weathertech matts and Inside the hatchback area was dirty and spare tire area wasn't even done. I did leave the vehicle there to be properly cleaned, but unfortunately it will be 4 days until it is ready. I would have thought it would have been corrected immediately since I had already payed for the service. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment for my other vehicle which was also booked for a Gold detailing package. Its definitely service that I look for when replacing my vehicles... I dealt with Shawna in the booking department and she was fantastic to deal with. More

I had a recent recall on my Highlander. I was booked an appointment within a week, and upon arrival drove right in.
