Out-of-towners, feeling lost are made to feel at home. Our Impala dash lit up with warning lights and messages. And the motor ran rough. Lakewood's service consultant Erika Hygard took good care of may wife and I and our son. She was in touch with our rental car supplier. She coordinated with them, us and the repairs to our car. When I came to town to pick up the car, Erika had everything ready for us and give us turn-by-turn directions on how to avoid the worst of rush-hour traffic in Edmonton, on one of the coldest days of the year. Our local Calgary dealer has been pretty good to us but Erika was amazing. More

Wonderful customer service I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department. I had to get an out-of-province inspection and had been told the night previous I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department. I had to get an out-of-province inspection and had been told the night previous by the shop I had booked in with that they were unable to do it. My insurance was switching over the following day and I drive with my job so I was desperate to get it done that day. I had Erika the service advisor and she advocated to get the inspection done. They completed and squeezed me in! I am so very grateful for their aid speed and friendliness. I would definitely recommend them. It was so nice to be helped in a bind rather than refused as I was everywhere else I called. I really can not express enough good about my treatment and level of service that day. More

Pleasantly Surprised Unfortunately at 96,000km I took my motor out at highway speed when it lost oil pressure suddenly. As a Motor Mechanic of some 40 years I was pretty sure what happened but somewhat apprehensive when dealing with shops other than my own. I wasn't even sure of the warranty procedure as I perform all of my own scheduled maintenance and had never had this type of experience. Erika took my info filled me in when it was necessary and lo and behold no problems or hassles other than organizing my own spread out maintenance records. My vehicle was repaired requiring a new motor, washed and waiting when I arrived. This was a painless operation and I left feeling like a some body not just a number. Thank you Erika for your honestly and professionalism. I've purchased three vehicles at Lakewood and will surely return again. More

Flexible and Professional I had a very short window of time to get snow tires installed on my daughters Cruze in Edmonton. I was in town from Ontario to help her with some medical treatments and appointments at the Cross Cancer centre. Had an appointment previously scheduled at Lakewood and had to change it at the last minute. Dealt with James Logozar in Service completely via emails, which were promptly answered. Everything from getting a quote to arranging and changing the appointment was done via email and it was very efficient. I arrived at Lakewood and met James who introduced be to the service tech who would be doing the work. I had some quiet time in the waiting room and in short order the work was done. I was on my way back to help out my daughter right on schedule . As a longtime GM customer, I have been in many GM dealerships over the years and this one tops my list for service, cleanliness and friendliness. My hometown dealership could learn some lessons from Lakewood. More
