I have been pushed aside, ignored, and essentially attacked by salesman in the past which left a terrible view on having to buy a vehicle. Everyone knows that feeling as you pull into a dealership and every salesman is waiting to pounce as you are just another pottential sale. Joel never made me feel like this once. He was polite, helpful and most importantly understanding. I truley believe he cared in helping me find the right vehicle. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured.
