Outstanding dealership I was in last fall November 2018 for an out of province inspection and was treated extremely well. I was advised of any issues with my vehicle (which I was in last fall November 2018 for an out of province inspection and was treated extremely well. I was advised of any issues with my vehicle (which there weren't any) and was in and out in no time. Just this past week (June 18 2019) I had my car in for a light on the dashboard indicating a problem. I was called to say they have my car in the shop, then called to say what the issue was and then a few hours later to say it was ready for pick up. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was great. I phoned Erika and asked if it was possible to get an appointment for an oil change and wash. She said that at this time we are fully book for Saturday but very often some appointment do not show up. She told to come on Saturday morning first thing and that they would make it work but it may be a little while to have it completed. I got my oil change and truck washed. The service was excellent and very friendly. They worked very hard to help me to get the work that I needed to get done. Thanks Erika you were great. More

New car glass breaking and not fixing Bought new 2018 traverse. In just over a year two side windows broke on a clear day (Not vandalism). Dealership replaced the first window with no issue (under 5000km), but refused to adequately investigate the condition of the vehicle which had just over 50000km at the time of the break. The only way they would look into it would be at my cost even though the car is under its 60000km warranty. Asked them to take my concern to GM Canada and they took a full week to tell me that they will not cover it. Had issues with GM Canada when I phoned them as well, but that's for another review. DO NOT BUY from Lakewood Chevrolet. Their service is good until something goes wrong and it may be on them to cover. More
