Everything thing was great here until I bought my truck. My truck never came with a block heater cord!! So I reached out to them about it right away and they said they would order me one. So I want into the dealer to see if they had it yet. And they said it was never ordered and I said I needed one being that it’s winter. They gave me a really bad attitude and gave me one out of a truck in the lot. Not long after that my 3 m tap started to peal so I reached out 4 times now and have nothing back from them and it’s been 4 months since it started pealing. This dealer ship doesn’t seam to care about the customer once they have the money and you are out the door. I would not recommend lake wood Chevrolet. More

If he didn’t know the answer to something he would reach out to someone who did. Zi followed up with us throughout the buying process while we waited for the numbers for our trade-in and purchase process, while we waited for the vehicle to arrive, til the papers were signed, and even 2 weeks after we had possession of the vehicle.
