I wish I could put zero here for the pathetic service received by Jamie. It’s has been such a chaotic and stressing 10 days. Took the car to Lakewood service on1st august due to few different issues. Since it was my first time at Lakewood I wish somebody would hv told me to stay away from the service advisor Jamie. I was never explained the costs of repair before starting. Snapped a bill again without explaining how they are going to fix the issues. Every single time I tried reaching out to Jamie ( few time I literally had to visit the store to get hold of her ) I saw her RUNNING away to avoid me. Never spoke to me on the phone or responded to my VMs. Why was I treated this way? Are you hiding away because you can’t explain the costs or fix the problems? Or Is it because I am from a different country or origin? Are you being racist making me feel this way? The very first visit I was charged $1000 without ever informing me. The servicing team with an SLA of 1 day to find out what’s wrong with my camera takes 10 days and still no answer ( even after me paying $570 for the inspection on the 1st day). I understand the parts are on back order but why delay fixing the camera? And why keep hiding and running away from me? I have been a Chevy loyal customer for 7+ yrs and was in the Lakewood Chevrolet showroom on July 29th 2023 (Met Carlos) to buy a new truck. Seeing the service quality received from Jamie , I have started hating owing a Chevrolet , she managed to convert a Chevy fan into this within 10 days. I literally walked across the street to ford to buy the truck. Choosing Lakewood Chevrolet was such a big mistake. Sadly stuck since i made payments initially trusting them. Nothing resolved yet. I will definitely escalate this further very soon. More
Overall experience was terrible. Communications was very poor. Couldn't get ahold of people. Did not return my calls. Service done was not explained. The overlay on billing was bad. Amazing dealer, the best in Edmonton for fair deals on purchases or trades and any service. I only go to Lakewood for my Chevrolet and GM products. The service people always seem friendly but are always very busy. I always have appointments booked for any service that I require and I always seem to be waiting a while for my vehicle. Last time, I drop very busy. I always have appointments booked for any service that I require and I always seem to be waiting a while for my vehicle. Last time, I dropped my car off at 7:30AM, and didn't receive it back until after 4PM, for a issue that should have been completed within 3 hours. My vehicle has never let me down as of yet - so that's a positive and I've had it for over 5 years now. More
Brought in my 2003 Chevrolet Express 2500 to get serviced at this location. I came into get oil change, transmission fluid change, and coolant flush. I get charged for just looking at my a/c to find what i at this location. I came into get oil change, transmission fluid change, and coolant flush. I get charged for just looking at my a/c to find what is wrong which makes no sense. What I got quoted on the phone was different from what I received. There were extra charges that I didn’t agree to. There was a problem when I took the vehicle home. When I called to say I hear a noise that wasn’t there before an advisor said bring back and the shop manager would come with me on a test drive to see what was wrong. When I came to the shop a technician just look quickly and said nothing wrong without checking to test drive. When I look at bill when I came to pick up vehicle there was a charge that made no sense since it said misc $104 and I asked about that charge and the gentleman John said I could take that off. So why u put a charge and not inform the customer. I feel something fishy going on. U have to look at your invoice very carefully so you know what exactly they charge on you. Im very disappointed in your service department and when ask service manager I feel like I didn’t get any help or resolve in my situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this location from my experience. More

Josee was fantastic from the moment I dropped off my Colorado until she helped me arrange a shuttle, everything was taken care of by her. But I had a very bad experience with sales when ordering a Colorado and informing me that it was cancelled after waiting for 3 months. I was offered a different Colorado's that does not fit my needs, making me look for a different dealership that has the model that I wanted. I did not feel any initiative from the salesperson to help find me the truck that I want, compared to the sales staff from Sherwood Park Chev. More
