I was "WOWED" by this dealership!!!! It's not too often I get the "wow" factor when shopping, especially when making a large purchase like a vehicle. I had been looking at several other dealerships before making the decision to purchase from Lakewood and I'd love to share my great experience. A few of the places I went made an attempt to "wow" me but fell short. Most of the sales personnel gave me a quick glance and only a couple even came to speak to me. Being a woman, I'm not sure if they didn't take me seriously or it was because I was by myself that they made only slight attempts to even interact with me. I was treated with courtesy and respect at Lakewood and I met your salesman, Michael Kwong. Mr. Kwong was very knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest thing that made me comfortable was that he didn't put any pressure on me. I told Mr. Kwong I was looking for now and left him my phone number. I continued to look at other dealerships but Mr. Kwong was the ONLY one to follow up with me and without putting any pressure on me kept in contact. I came back to Lakewood and was treated with the same courtesy and respect and ended up test driving my "new to me" car. I also felt like the sales manager was honest and straightforward with me and gave me a great price. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off and ultimately both Michael and Mr. Doonanco made buying a car here a painless process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

He was not pushy and just let us look around and made himself available if we needed him. When purchasing, everyone was kind and without pressure helped us to figure out our best options. Financing was well explained and was a breeze and the whole process left us with a very good feeling about the dealership. They also offer some great perks once you have purchased a vehicle from them, like free paint touch ups for the life of the vehicle on any tiny chips and also a free oil change for attending a customer appreciation evening. Our salesman also called us at home several days later to make sure we had no questions about the car and how it works and if all was well. Overall, very impressive! More

Great team I was looking for a new Chevrolet, and the team at Lakewood Chev had a very good reputation with friends of mine over the years. My experience with t I was looking for a new Chevrolet, and the team at Lakewood Chev had a very good reputation with friends of mine over the years. My experience with them was very good from the beginning in March 2014 until the car was delivered in June 2014 from GM. This process of course involves many people, but I must thank Jim, Erin, Dan, and Geoff for the great service. They made sure phone calls or Emails were taken care of in a timely manner, and the whole process was near seamless with car selection, financing, options, and delivery. Although Erin primarily takes care of financing she also assists with getting the vehicle registered, and can expedite the whole insurance process; thus less headaches for the car buyer to worry about. Furthermore Lakewood has a customer information night where we get to tour the facilities, and meet more of their staff who will be taking care of our vehicles from parts, service, and the body shop. As customers we even receive FREE paint chip touch ups, but you have to ask for Rob over in the body shop otherwise he feels too neglected over there. I'm glad I chose Lakewood Chevrolet, and hope to be a longtime customer. More

My first ever car buying expirience!:) This being my first time ever shopping for a car I wanted to make sure I picked the one that felt right for me. And after visiting 10 different dealer This being my first time ever shopping for a car I wanted to make sure I picked the one that felt right for me. And after visiting 10 different dealerships in the area (34th St.) and test driving a car at each one it was the Cruze. But what sold me was the staff. The dealership was by far the nicest one we had been to and the staff were so warm and genuine I didn't feel like I was at a car dealership. From the managers we dealt with to the salesmen, everyone was so personable I actually enjoyed being there and giving them my business. We spent the whole second day we were there humming and hawing over what we actually wanted the car to have but we never once felt pressured or rushed to make a desicion. Joshua Parra was attentive and patient as he spent the whole time doting on me and helping me get exactly what I wanted from my car buying experience. And Manager Dan Bass was incredibly friendly stopping to chat with us about Jasper (where I'm currently living) and football (which my fiance used to play and loves) when he could. I will highly recommend Lakewood Chevrolet to anyone who'll listen! More
