He treats me like I am Lakewood's only customer and I'm sure he treats every other customer exactly the same way. The salesman, Lucky Uppal went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my every need during my recent purchasse experience. Lucky's boss, Ryan Kelly was also very accommodating and was genuinely interested in seeing that I got the best deal possible. Manita Bains, the Finance Manager was equally friendly and extremely helpful. Kudos to everyone at Lakewood!!! Going there is like visiting family and I would NEVER think of going anywhere else! Great dealer with exceptional team We were looking to trade in our Chevrolet Avalanche for a smaller SUV. Having wasted a lot of time with 2 other dealers in Edmonton (both Dodge) we w We were looking to trade in our Chevrolet Avalanche for a smaller SUV. Having wasted a lot of time with 2 other dealers in Edmonton (both Dodge) we were disheartened on even going to a dealer anymore. We found a great SUV on Auto Trader which was with Lakewood. Hesitantly we went there and all we can say is, we are glad we did. From my initial e-mail communication with Rob, he was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The whole process of viewing the vehicle, including a trade-in took about 2 hours!! We never felt pressured and unlike other car salesmen, Rob or Archie never put our truck down like other dealers do to justify giving you nothing for it!! The deal was very smooth and I can honestly say that we felt really good being there. Our paperwork was ready when we collected the vehicle and even the Registration was done! Unfortunately our check engine light came on within the hour of having the vehicle and we called them back. It seemed that Rob and Archie as well as Dwayne in Service were more disappointed with the outcome than we were. Once we gave our vehicle in, they put a high priority on it and got it fixed straight away. A small problem, that could have happened anytime, but cold have been a really different experience had we used some other dealer. Overall, we would and already are, recommending Lakewood to everyone and we would happily go back there. Hassle and pressure free sales in real terms with very open and honest discussion. More

The service that comes with the experiance was very good everyone does there best to get you what you need in a timely fashion. I am a out of town buyer so when ever i go in They always find a way to get me in if its for service or parts. I would definitly recomend this dealer. More

I am extremely happy with my truck. Also Cory in service was very helpful (as usual). I know he doesn't work in vehicle sales, but if it weren't for the excellent service I've received over the years, I may not have purchase through Lakewood. I appreciated all the work Dais did in the business office. The only part I felt uncomfortable with was when she kept asking me "why I am choosing to not get extended warranty". I think everyone's answer would be "personal preference" , and really isn't her business. Overall I had a great experience purchasing the truck. Look forward to dealing with you all in the future. From sales, to finance, to service every department maintained upstanding customer service. The staff made it very easy (and affordable) to get the truck I needed right away including coordinating getting a doubled sealed wooden bed liner and ATV/skidoo deck. They took the time to explain all the new features (navigation system etc.), how to use them and helped pair my phone to the Bluetooth. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive away! More
