He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and had a 2011 model GMC Sierra Truck, which is what we were looking for. He was very transparent, and had their whole inventory at hand so he could immediately show us what was available. His team made the whole process easy and hassle free. This is one great truck, at a good affordable price, and the whole experience was stress free for our whole family. More

Great Purchase Experience! I was very apprehensive when I went shopping for a second hand car for the first time. I had heard horror stories from friends and family about pushy I was very apprehensive when I went shopping for a second hand car for the first time. I had heard horror stories from friends and family about pushy sales people and getting lemons from other dealerships, but I hadn’t heard anything negative about Lakewood, so I started there. It was such a pleasant experience! I was offered assistance right away by Michael, but told him I’d like to take my time perusing the available cars before speaking with him. He completely respected my wishes and when I had picked a few that I wanted more details on he was happy to help. He went over the features, pros and cons, and cost of each vehicle I asked about, and answered every question I had confidently. I decided on a 2010 model Chevy Cobalt, which I absolutely love. I would definitely recommend Lakewood Chevrolet to everyone I know so they can have great car buying experiences too! More

Excellent Work I have dealt with Lakewood Chevrolet for a few years now. The past few years my dealings were mainly with the service department. I had an older mod I have dealt with Lakewood Chevrolet for a few years now. The past few years my dealings were mainly with the service department. I had an older model Chevy and my service bill was creeping up there. Got to a point where it would benefit me to just trade my old car in for a newer model. I headed over to the used cars department and was greeted my Michael. We started chatting and I told him about all my car troubles. He was a very good listener and did not interrupt me one single time. I tend to ramble on and on. It felt like I was talking to my best friend. He acknowledged all my concerns and I told him what I was looking for and told him I had to keep within my budget. He showed me a few different vehicles and finally I decided on either a Chevy Cruze or a Malibu. Michael was very knowledgeable and showed me all the features of both vehicles. I test drove both of them and decided on the bigger car. The Malibu. The whole process was painless and there was no pressure. All the documentation was shown to me about the history and inspection of the vehicle. The negotiation process was pretty easy as well. We went back and forth a few times but finally I agreed to a fair price with his manager. After that I went into the business office and got the ball rolling to getting my vehicle. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything. The entire process was smooth and absolutely a joy. I have always recommended Lakewood but now I highly recommend them, especially my salesman, Michael, manager Beau and business manager Erin. Excellent job guys !!! More
