The whole process was easier than I thought it could be, and I’m grateful for that. Michael did a good job of keeping the process moving forward without making me feel rushed or pressuring me into any decisions either. After hearing horror stories from some of my friends, I’m glad I found a dealer who would actually listen to what I wanted and try to help me. I’m loving my new (to me) 2011 Chevy Equinox. I’ve run into trouble with used cars in the past, but none here. Thanks again Mike! You rock. More

No xx, No Pressure I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Lakewood. I had never been to Lakewood prior to purchasing this truck. My first impressions of the de I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Lakewood. I had never been to Lakewood prior to purchasing this truck. My first impressions of the dealership were that the staff I dealt with were professional and efficient. Vehicle shopping can be a time consuming experience and I can appreciate when a sales team can find what I'm looking for and let me see the vehicle without wasting my time. When it came time to discuss the financial terms it was a relief to deal with people who will negotiate on your terms and don't try and grease the numbers. I didn't purchase the truck I looked at until 2 days after my first test drive. I was not pressured. No games, no xx, no play on words. They understand that to me it is more important to get in the right vehicle then it is to get the first one I like. Lakewood had the only sales team out of the 4 dealerships I visited that never haggled me for a deposit on a vehicle. I only put a deposit down after we had agreed on a deal and were discussing when I was going to pick up my new truck. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Chevrolet save time and go to Lakewood first. More

Pleasantly Surprised Unfortunately at 96,000km I took my motor out at highway speed when it lost oil pressure suddenly. As a Motor Mechanic of some 40 years I was pretty s Unfortunately at 96,000km I took my motor out at highway speed when it lost oil pressure suddenly. As a Motor Mechanic of some 40 years I was pretty sure what happened but somewhat apprehensive when dealing with shops other than my own. I wasn't even sure of the warranty procedure as I perform all of my own scheduled maintenance and had never had this type of experience. Erika took my info filled me in when it was necessary and lo and behold no problems or hassles other than organizing my own spread out maintenance records. My vehicle was repaired requiring a new motor, washed and waiting when I arrived. This was a painless operation and I left feeling like a some body not just a number. Thank you Erika for your honestly and professionalism. I've purchased three vehicles at Lakewood and will surely return again. More
