Outstanding Service From Start To Finish My wife and I visited Lakewood Chevrolet (with no intent on purchasing) to see what the new 2015 Silverado’s had to offer. Upon arrival we were greete My wife and I visited Lakewood Chevrolet (with no intent on purchasing) to see what the new 2015 Silverado’s had to offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by James Bell from the sales department. He was extremely nice and knew his facts. At no point did we feel overwhelmed or pushed by James. James did an amazing job showing us different options onsite and really customizing his searches to our interests. As it turns out we decided to buy a 2015 Silverado Rally Edition 2 that day. I got my vehicle on time and as promised. They took the time to go into the vehicle and explain all the features with me to ensure I had a full understanding. Erin from finance was extremely organized and was able to explain everything in full detail. Overall, I had an excellent experience dealing with James and Erin, and even had the pleasure to chat with Ryan Kelly and Dan Bass. My wife has already stated that her next vehicle will be purchased from Lakewood as that was the best experience we have had to date. Great work by the Lakewood Team and I look forward to our future relationship. More

Good Price, Good Service I had priced out a new 2015 Chevy Colorado at a few Edmonton dealerships, with most saying they needed to factory order it. Through my employer, one I had priced out a new 2015 Chevy Colorado at a few Edmonton dealerships, with most saying they needed to factory order it. Through my employer, one of these dealerships had provided preferred pricing. When I cold called Lakewood, Ryan beat the price significantly over the phone and said he'd have one on site in a week. We drove into town that day on dicey roads, half expecting to be disappointed when we arrived. The purchase experience was straight forward, no surprises. When the truck arrived a week later, everything was exactly as advertised, again with no surprises. Jim walked us through the whole vehicle, pointing out everything and highlighting things about the dealership that were huge selling points, even though they didn't mention them a single time prior to purchase. The most trying part was the On Star sign up and that's just talking to someone over the phone about something totally optional. If that's the toughest part of your day, you're doing pretty good. Overall a fantastic, low pressure experience. More

I got my vehicle the next day as promised and they took the time to go into the vehicle and explain all the features with me. I did not get as much as I wanted for my trade, but you never do when you trade in. The finance girl Erin was very nice and explained things really well to me. Overall, I had an excellent experience dealing with both Josh and Erin. I would definitely consider purchasing there again. My only grievance is that I think they could have cut me some slack on the car mats that I wanted to purchase. When spending 30k on a vehicle, you would think they would either give you mats or heavily discount a set for you which did not happen. I ended up buying them elsewhere. Go see Josh though, he is a good person to deal with. More

I met Josh 3 years ago when I was in for service with my previous truck, which I'd only had for 2 years. Dan Bass introduced us while we were shooting the breeze. I was one of the first customers he had ever spoken to, after all that time and building a sales relationship, he sold me a truck. The experience could not have gone any better. Josh knows his product and is very professional and straight forward. I will not hesitate to speak to him again next time I need a vehicle or recommend him to anybody I know in need of a vehicle. Dan has always been a great guy to deal with and talk to. Very straight up and will work very hard for you. Dan treats you like family and makes sure everything is in order as soon as you step through the door. When you get to financing, Manita is the best person you could deal with, very happy and professional. I hadn't seen her in 5 years since my last purchase and she still remembered me and my wife.
