Overall, a good experience I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Trax from Josh P in the new sales department. He was very nice to deal with and was not overly pushy. I got my vehicle the next day as promised and they took the time to go into the vehicle and explain all the features with me. I did not get as much as I wanted for my trade, but you never do when you trade in. The finance girl Erin was very nice and explained things really well to me. Overall, I had an excellent experience dealing with both Josh and Erin. I would definitely consider purchasing there again. My only grievance is that I think they could have cut me some slack on the car mats that I wanted to purchase. When spending 30k on a vehicle, you would think they would either give you mats or heavily discount a set for you which did not happen. I ended up buying them elsewhere. Go see Josh though, he is a good person to deal with. More

I met Josh 3 years ago when I was in for service with my previous truck, which I'd only had for 2 years. Dan Bass introduced us while we were shooting the breeze. I was one of the first customers he had ever spoken to, after all that time and building a sales relationship, he sold me a truck. The experience could not have gone any better. Josh knows his product and is very professional and straight forward. I will not hesitate to speak to him again next time I need a vehicle or recommend him to anybody I know in need of a vehicle. Dan has always been a great guy to deal with and talk to. Very straight up and will work very hard for you. Dan treats you like family and makes sure everything is in order as soon as you step through the door. When you get to financing, Manita is the best person you could deal with, very happy and professional. I hadn't seen her in 5 years since my last purchase and she still remembered me and my wife. Lakewood Chevrolet So I went in to Lakewood Chevrolet to look at a used Subaru impreza and luckily it was still available.They had the car sitting right in the used car So I went in to Lakewood Chevrolet to look at a used Subaru impreza and luckily it was still available.They had the car sitting right in the used car showroom,and it looked awesome.So Everett showed me the car and we talked a little bit about it,and I decided I wanted it so we went into his office and he explained everything to me,like how to get pre approved and the whole process.Then I went and talked to Alliese in finance and she explained how the loan would work and warranty and everything.So once I was approved for the loan they got my a new plate and registration which was good.So picking up the car was good they had it all detailed inside and out it looked great!So all in all dealing with Lakewood Chevrolet was great and I would definitely recommend them to a family or friends. Fantastic! I was having issues with my car a few months ago and took it to a different dealer, just because it was a little bit closer to me. After 7 visits to the other place to fix the same problem, in a span of a couple months, I called Lakewood, where I purchased the car, and talked to Paul. He reviewed all of the service records and without even seeing my vehicle, found the problem and recommended a fix. I was amazed! What the other place couldnt figure out at all, Paul had a solution to in a matter of minutes. He explained exactly what the problem was, told me how it was to be fixed. I had the issue repaired with Paul's advice and I havent had the problem since! I will now only take my vehicle to Lakewood and I will only trust Paul's team with my vehicle.
