A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it ap I have taken my 2012 Tahoe in for all servicing and warranty work. A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it appeared that some parts were not covered by the extended warranty. I explained my interpretation of the warranty and it's exclusions, discussed it in an e-mail with the service manager, Paul and Lakewood stepped up and agreed to work with me on this problem. The work was completed correctly a short time later, under warranty. I am extremely pleased with the resolve of this issue. Erika Hygard was extremely helpful with satisfying my needs. More
